Projects
In addition to operating a year-round diversified
vegetable farm for our CSA, students have expressed an interest
in broadening their learning experiences at the farm. To accommodate
those desires, we have brought Chickens (Spring ’05) and
Bees (Spring ’06) to the Farm. The educational experiences
these projects have brought to the farm have been a pleasure for
all the students and faculty involved.
